The Secret To The Master Cleanse

Posted by Carl on Feb 11, 2009 in Good Going

During my research into fasting, I came across the Master Cleanse diet, it appears to be a very popular one and is considered pretty solid. Some of you may remember it as the same ‘diet’ Beyonce used to lose a few pounds for Dreamgirls.

Reports of other’s experiences were very encouraging to me and gave me an idea of what to expect. I contacted a few people about thier experiences with the master cleanse and some did not get past day 2 or 3 which appears to be where most stumble. I’ve fasted in the past and never could last without eating at all as most fasts require. The master cleanse at least allows some nourishment (the drink used for cleansing which uses lemons is why it is also known as the lemonade diet.)

The Master Cleanse follows a simple routine, however it isn’t exactly easy. Though the guidelines are few, the will power necessary to succeed is another thing altogether. Luckily I came across a book (master cleanse secrets) that gives you lots of tips and tricks to make the master cleanse a much smaller challenge.

One thing touted is the weight loss from the diet but that was never my main concern. I did it for the toxin cleansing benefits. I felt really tired and sluggish lately and enough people have told me how much better they feel after a fast that I went for it once more.

From what I’ve been reading the typical amount of time spent on the master cleanse diet is ten days, although it is not uncommon for people to stay on the cleanse for longer periods of time. I had no intention of going longer than 5 days as a trial run to see how I reacted. Having never gotten past 48 hours in the past I am proud of my trial.

With the secrets book as my guide I was able to look up issues and find answers to questions that enabled me to stick with it. Just from reading it I had much more confidence in my chance of success. The extra confidence surely led to my success.

Luckily I went to see my doctor for a check-up recently so the timing was good. If you are thinking of trying this or any kind of fast you should definitely clear things with your doctor first. It’s your health don’t play games.

The final verdict: I feel much better after the 5 days and I am considering doing it again. Next time I will shoot for the full ten days. One suggestion I can offer is to take it easy when trasnitioning back into eating (the secrets book gives excellent guidance on this.)

In addiction to establishedsystems I found some cool recovery music that really put a new perspective on addiction and a better way to overcome it.

It is actually great recovery music but a story similar to Pink Floyd The Wall that is going through of addiction recovery music. I would say it sounds kind of like a style of nine inch nails and muse but with being so dark. He’s got a few song previews on his website at mattsoren.com and I think that is because they are temporary before having it professionally produced. It is great recovery rock -and- with a new perspective.

Curing yeast infection and learning about internet marketing

Posted by Carl on Feb 11, 2009 in Good Going

One of the most irritating things to have is yeast infection. If you get painful rashes on your body, memory loss, depression or muscle aches, then you could well be infected. Yeast infection is in fact extremely common. I read that around 75% of females face some form of yeast infection at some point in their lives. So what can you do about it?

Well, first of all you’ll obviously want to see your doctor. But try to stay away from drugs. So far, there are no drugs I know of that safely cure yeast infection without leaving any side effects. Many “miracle drugs” sold through the internet that claim to cure yeast infection are in fact very dangerous, and I wouldn’t recommend taking them. The best way to cure yourself is to do it naturally. There are several guides online (and experts on the topic) that can tell you what you need to do.

One way to finance things like doctor appointments and books is to learn internet marketing, so you can earn an income on the side. Sure, most people don’t end up making much online. But if you work harder than the average person (not particularly hard) and get out of your comfort zone then you can really make things happen.

There are millions of people that earn incredible incomes online, and while it is a jungle out there, the reality is that you can do anything you set your mind to. You’ll want to first join internet marketing forums and see what people are saying before jumping head first into your first website.
