“Do I need to know and enroll many people to be successful in MLM?” is a commonly asked question.
The typical reponse from most upline sponsors is something like the following…
“No, you can create a great residual income and become very successful in Multi Level Marketing by sponsoring just one person every month or two.
They go on to say that the people you sponsor do not have to be from the group of people you already know (commonly called your warn market). They tell you to think about how many people you interact with in your everyday activities!
But then they turn around and tell you to jot down a list of everyone you know, even from a casual relationship. They say to list everyone you can think of for example, people you work with, go to church with, people you do business with, people you went to school with, people you knew before you moved to your present location, etc. and you will be amazed by the number of people that end up on your list.
Will all or even most of these people join you in your MLM business? Probably not, but statistics show that one out of every one hundred names will make your car payment, one will make your house payment and one will retire you!
That’s not so bad really. Three out of every one hundred is achievable, but you have to make the contacts. As the saying goes, “the more you tell, the more you sell.” Additionally, all the people on your contact list know others and although they may not be interested themselves, they might refer your to others who will be interested.
Have you ever been rejected 97 times? That is a lot of rejection. And initially these rejections come from people you know, so the rejection is even more difficult. Most people will not last that long.
How many people do you know who can go out and face 100 people they know and get turned away by 97 of them and just continue to keep plugging along trying to recruit or sell products to an unwilling market?
If you are fortunate enough to sponsor someone who is currently a seccessful multi level marketer with required skills, who brings along his established downline with him and becomes a “heavy hitter” in your company, then technically the answer given above can be true. If your company’s compensation plan is supportive, then that single recruit may be able to carry you along.
It is extremely unlikely that you will be able to land a “heavy hitter” who can quickly go out and develop a significant downline beneith you if you are only sponsoring “one person every month or two.”

So what should you do if you don’t want to face massive rejection and you are not going to be lucky enough to sign up a “heavy hitter” early in your Multi Level Marketing career?
If you don’t desire to be a member of the NFL (No Friends Left) club, then I would suggest not going out chasing after your friends and family, everyone you know, or anyone within 30 feet as many upline sponsors instruct you to. No matter what they say, everyone is not your market. Instead your target market is people who are specifically interested in starting a home-based business, earning extra money, are already members of some Multi Level Marketing company or are interested joining a Network Marketing program. Now the solution is to get them to come to you and then, using a soft sell approach instead of the traditional hard sell, sponsor them into your program.
OK, so just how do I go about accomplishing that?”, you ask.
You achieve this by first offering your target market a funded proposal or free report relevant to your market and developing a mailing or contact list from the funded proposal sales process. You then develop a positive relationship with your list members through frequent contact and by providing them useful information.

Buying investment property in the current recession is a difficult decision. Much of the advice and information being given out is based on misinformation . The real question is when to buy investment properties.
Most property prices have not reached bottom yet and a decision needs to be made as to whether an investment property is for a quick profit by flipping the home, or as a long-term investment that will provide an income. In many parts of the world, prices are more appealing for the buyer interested in long-term income, but not so much for the real estate investor wishing to make a capital gain, especially in the short term.
Most analysts agree think housevalues still have a way to move, and the direction is down. There may be a few places, especially in the US, where prices have reached bottom, but these will tend to be in markets where there is a huge amount of stock in repossessed houses. Florida would be a good example with huge amounts of bank owned property.
Getting the timing correct is crucial when investing in real estate because there are some markets that may never recover, and some markets that have already begun recovery. There are substantial differences between the most boom-fueled markets and those that saw slower, more sustainable growth during the credit boom. Xbox 360 is the coolest system since Nintendo 64! The Xbox 360 is a purely awesome gaming console, with hours and hours of fun attached. All the features on this baby leaves the owner speechless! In the arcade feature, you obviously play classic arcade games. The shop feature lets you buy new things for games using “gamer points”. One more cool feature is the ability to hook your Apple iPod up to it and listen to songs while playing games and letting it charge! The Xbox 360has countless games for it and it’s only been out for about a year!
Games such as Halo 3, Guitar Hero two, and Bio Shock are included in the 360. Guitar Hero 3 is a game where you are able to play many classic songs. It has the difficulty levels of Easy, Medium, Hard, and Expert. You can tell a difference between difficulty level and it is GREAT fun! Bio Shock is about a man who gets in a plane crash and finds an underwater city where everything has gone wrong! You meet very odd characters along the way, and discover amazing, awesomely entertaining powers known as “Plasmids.” Having these games to show off to your friends feels great!
Playing Xbox Live with others around the world makes this one of the better gaming systems.You need a Xbox Live Gold Memberships , a Xbox (of course you do!),a wireless conection and a game.Then your off to gamer bliss.
The price is sometimes a problem for some It can range from three hundred dollars to five hundred dollars, depending on the system you get. There are three types of the 360, Core, Normal, and Elite! The recommended version is the Normal, if you don’t want to spend too much. All in all, the Xbox 360 would be an awesome thing to get, make a perfect gift, or make anyone jealous. Do yourself a favor and get one.

There’s so much to see and do in our nation’s capital, Washington, DC that it is kind of not possible to see them all in one visit. However, that did not stop my better half and kids from trying to cover everything on our fresh holiday. Here are just a few of the highlights we experienced on our trip.that trip.
Our first challenge before we even left home was finding an affordable place to stay in the Washington, DC area. For the main part, hostels are pretty dear in that area and make it tricky to locate a good place for a family of five to remain without totally blowing the old budget. We ended up choosing the American Inn in Bethesda, MD and are very pleased with our choice. It is not the most glamorous hotel in the region but very convenient, clean and affordable. So, we highly reccomend it when looking for Bethesda hotels.
Then, on to the traveller sites we enjoyed. Naturally we started with the famous National Monuments and Memorials. These included the Lincoln Commemorative , the Jefferson Memorial,the Washington Monument, and the Arlington Countrywide Graveyard . There were several more as Washington is a town of monuments and commemoratives. Many are found on the National Mall but others are pretty spread out so you will get a very good walk exercise if you intend to visit them all on foot as we did. (I admit I had to visit my Sacramento podiatrist when I got back home to deal with some foot pain from so much walking)
Next came our tour of the three different branches of official Executive buildings.When sightseeing in Washington, D.C., the White House, the Capitol and the Supreme court are key places to go to. Touring these galvanizing buildings will help you understand more about our govt and its history. Plan in advance and find out about schedules and special events. The state is the home and office of the President and is found at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. To order a tour you must make a request through one of your members of Congress. Group tours are held Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30 a. M. And are scheduled one month in advance.
At the east end of the National Mall stands the majestic U. S. Capitol Building. Due to heightened security, the Capitol is open to the public for led tours only.
The one thing you will need to do for sure is take a large amount of photographs as you think that you’re going to remember everything as you will remember everything as you are time but listen to me, your memories have a tendency to fade and it is always better to have a bunch of pictures to help bring those memories into sharp focus. I’m not one of those food photographers but wish I was to have better captured some of the beauty we saw on ths trip
Also, as well as the typical traveller attractions mentioned above, you will find that the Washington, DC area has some of the finest restaurants in the country. I suppose this may be due to all of the important politicians that live there as well as the many dignitaries that visit the area and need to go out to eat.
Well, that rather sums up our trip and I can only hope that you get the opportunity to visit the Washington, DC area.

Though the resolution and zoom won’t be as good as standard compact digitals, you’ll be able to take your camera anywhere.
Finally, consider any other options you may want like a large screen, interchangeable lenses, or manual photo controls. There are lots of different digital cameras to choose from, so you should be able to find something that will fit your needs perfectly. Granted, there are lots of factors to consider when deciding how to choose a digital camera, but resolution, zoom, size of the camera, and the size of your budget, are by far the most important.
